The setting
Tucked away on the shores of Loch Alsh in Kyleakin, Old Kyle Farm sits at the edge of the water where the loch meets the Sound of Sleat. The scenery is dramatic in every direction — and the wildlife is closer than you'd expect.
Common seals haul out on the rocks below the farm. Otters work the shoreline at dusk. The Skye Bridge rises from the water just moments away, and the Cuillin Hills fill the horizon on clear days.
This is the Isle of Skye as it should be experienced — quietly, without the crowds, from a place that actually feels like a home.
Discover the local area
Seals, otters, red deer, and golden eagles — all within sight of the farm.
Every property looks out over water. Wake up to the loch, every single morning.
Skye's greatest attractions — the Quiraing, Fairy Pools, Talisker — are all within reach.
